Armor Problem

Hey Y'alls

Well I'm quite new here to Aion but have been playing for a few days now.
So my question is, why can't I see my full view of my armor? It looks like I'm getting the base/barebones of what I am wearing. I know its not supposed to look like this because when I look at myself at the remodeling/re-sculpting of character it gives me 3 viewing options, semi-nude, semi-armor,full armor. Right now I'm only getting semi-armor. I've tried on both my computers and it both gave me the same results. Even the NPC and other characters running around look semi-armored.
Anyone could you please help or recommend what am I to do to fix this please? I've toggled with all the different option of the graphics mode but to no avail.

Maybe you don't have new item pack right?

I'm gonna try to use the NC launcher for repairs again, hopefully it works

 

concerning to that i cant see my armor atall , only my head and head of other npc and players visible or players with no armor cant see nothing and i tried the item pack but nothing works
