    The server doesn't depend on what race you can choose. You can choose Lumiel(High Rate) and be an elyos or choose Siel and be an elyos

    That really didn't answer his question xd It was more directed towards populations + you should always explain the difference between them, as in, the fact that lumiel has retail like stigma system while on siel you just get all of them automatically (far more total skills, weirder pvp balance when every class has all stigmas)

    By the way both have the exact same rates
