Okay so my characters in game (including NPCS) have this weird white glow to them, throwing off the intended colors to a much brighter shade. Only on occasion will the glow go away but it is extremely annoying. I've tried changing everything in the graphic settings to fix this and nothing has worked. Does anyone know how I might be able to fix this?

A screenshot would be nice :) Because base on the description I imagine it due to the high Glow level (must be on Glow 3 and I dislike Glow 3 ugh!). But since you said you already changed the graphic settings, couldn't think of anything else.

Try turning off Glow Effect by setting it to off, then Anti Aliasing to 0 if that matters.
