Quest not working

    Okay i finished all my quest from Defeat Rank 9 all the way up to Rank 1. I turned in rank 1 quest. I went to go talk to Votan to get the other quest for the Star officer and its not there.

    You have to be at rank 1 to get that quest =) Otherwise it won't even show up at all. You can derank after you get the quest, and after you turnin. The general kill one also requires you to be a star officer of some sort, I forget how high.

    I had this same problem on NA Retail like two weeks ago!
