    helps if you say what the problem is, im not a mind reader and i cant see your screen, so post a screen shot or describe your problem, cause your asking for help but not saying anything about your problem, so no way to help you if you dont explain

    to post a screenshot

    1. first you need to have a screenshot (saved).
    2. Aion screenshots are automatically saved in to your Aion Folder inside Screenshots Folder. (fastest way to locate is by right clicking your Aion desktop shortcut and click properties, then click FIND TARGET )
    3. locate the jpg file with the correct image
    4. use either imageshack.us or photobucket to upload an image and post it here.
    5. copy the link of the image and paste it here.

    you can also tell us now what is the error message..
