Major Problem

HI,

My problem is that i paid for the premium account and after some time,
i tried to play again on your server, but no Premium, no character and no bonuses,
i tred to create a new character and the same problem, im stuck, i folowed all the steps,
from the website, i updated te game from NCSoft, repaired the game ,reinstal the launcher...
please, i beg of you , help a poor bastard.

If you did not log into your account for 6+ months then all your characters have been deleted due to inactivity. If I remember, they used to delete entire accounts, I guess in your case the account is still there but yea, if you want to keep your things, login at least once every 6 months (even logging into the website counts as your account being active). They are basically reducing the size of their database by getting rid of inactive people.

On another note, due to all the bugs with premium, it helps having a screenshot of your account having it. Always makes it easier getting it back if it ever goes away (like the old bug where VIP expiring removed premium as well).

 

Then i lost 10 euros, because of inactivity ?, on the website is telling me in a premium user. but ingame in a bum

 

Ah, you didn't mention that the website still says you have premium. I would take a screenshot of the website saying you have premium and a screenshot of your ingame character the moment you login, since it should say the account type you have, then I would send both screenshots along with your account name to a senior AM or Alente so they could take a look at it.

 

Im sorry, i've introduced the wrong account name and password, and now i got mine back with prmium and mi characters, thanks for your time, and again excuse my stupidity, but i was paranoia for my account.
