    WoC LVL 2 is here more than 2 years....if u use it u have max speed. But if u have woc 1 + scroll 9% + title+candies u get same speed :) so its same the guys use wings or this things....and stop cry for zergs...

    If u get woc 2 u have cap for speed so nothing do this candies and scrolls.

    I think will be more balanced if all ppls have chance to have same Atak speed that others, and no only few abusive ppls.

    I dont agree with that. They're zerger not just skillful or ungear, but its depends how we enjoy this game.
