When and where can I report bugs on quests?

    I posted it at the Problems Forum but i got no answer.

    Official Bug Report Thread seems to be closed :(

    when and where should I report bugs on quests?

    What I see in there is not 'Reply to Thread' but 'Closed Thread'

    and second page, i face the message 'you do not have a permission'

    Are these problems related to my grade on gamez forum?(which is Junior)

    I think I already read important announcements... but there's no reference about it....
