It is for lvl 51, not 50, the reason is that they don't wanna piss off all the twinks in low level dredge etc. Also if I were you I would hurry up, because the incentive surveys were around for a few months now and Tiamat already lost them. I would expect other servers to start losing theirs soon (4.0 maybe?)

 

they made retail ez mode now so you shouldn't have too much trouble

 

There is a reason for that, the same one they do absolutely nothing about bots that have flooded the server. People bot to 60 and buy crap from item mall to deal with crap enh/socket rates etc.

The problem is right now every rich kid bots to 60, buys kinah from gold sellers, then buys endgame sets for the stupid new abyss tickets. It really sucks. In the good old days you could laugh at rich kids having to deal with getting gear just like everyone else. Now they don't even have to pvp for AP, they just buy pvp armors and AP extract them to get their ranks.

 

So if you are from Europe better dont even bother playing retail? Because as i understand you would either have to pay in order to play in the european servers or you would have to play in US servers which would mean that you'd still have to deal with the gamezaion-like mediocre ping. No?

And the question that comes to my mind is, why doesnt gamezaion have an EU server? There are a lot of EU players here and no offense to other people but EU community is pretty damn awesome, id love to transfer and play with EU-only people here in gamezaion. It would most likely have less people than siel but the pvp would be amazing as well as other aspects of the game (and im pretty sure you know what i mean).

 

might as well since most of their community will be leaving anyways. Just move it to EU so the ppl that is still playing will be happy with the laggy yet more stable type of gamez

 

If you don't pay you cant trade anything even give kinah, you can just accept things. You can't use broker or anything, your trading skills wouldn't be useful at all. AION Free-to-Play here are all the things you can have with and without gold pack, so it's if you want to play full game its p2p, and i would say that this f2p is just a trial or something like that. You can also have 2 chars max and you have many restrictions like essencetapping/aethertapping, you cant gather more than some amount of items per day, basically at all if you don't pay, it sucks.

Gameforge ruined aion really, he twisted and got the good of FTS, they also did some really big changes and i would say that NA is 10 times better than eu. Also in question why gamez doesnt have eu serv, it's probably because alente/carl dont have any friends at europe that they can entrust with being server hosts. Also if we get another server it would really be with low population, I'm not sure if you can have multiple hosts at 1 server, but I think that it wouldn't help much. Also server lags because of tons of scripts and things that doesn't need like cookies etc afaik, but it's none of my business so i wont talk too much as i dont know that much.

 

Honestly NA retail is nice even if you are European, depending on your class it is playable just fine, especially with the battleping monthly reset trick. I get 250ms from Dubai which is the exact opposite on earth. As for gamezaion not being in Europe, I imagine that Carl doesn't wanna deal with the European legal system since big private servers get a lot of pressure on them and would have to find a totally different server host etc. Also right now Europeans still play on the US servers (and donate here). Zergs don't really bother a guy who doesn't play here, why pay extra money every month for hosting a totally different server when you can keep it as pure profit since it won't get you more donations than you get now anyway.

EU people would want both all stigma and stigma system EU servers, which would basically double Carl's costs without sufficiently increasing donations to cover them. Reliable server uptime and maintenance would also become more problematic.

 

its a difference in the lag you get in gamez and the ping lag that u get in retail. I've played on retail EU servers before with like 300+ping and its still SMOOTHER than gamez(sad to say) alot of people think gamez lag is due to ping when its just how stable the server is lol

 

That's why i moved to a EU Private server (can't name it i know ^^)

Great ping and you don't have to donate a single penny to get geared.

But to be honest i have lost my interest in playing Aion cause they are unbalancing everything and it's only getting worse.

well i am from canada. and i have a 2 digit ping most of the time in gamez. unless i have alot of downloads and porn at the same time in the background. i already made an account in NA. but i am still thinking about which server to go to. from what you have said, i will most likely not go to tiamat.

 

not the ping is problem for gamez smartik,the problem is server hardware configuration!is too low for a such big game and 4.0update will blow it!lol.gamez aion servers are not stable cuze of low hardare configuration,not the ping is the big problem!

is normal when a new retail server open all people go there and unballance all stuff there...this happen in all online games....i think kahrun is best option!
