Email issues

I was wondering if there is any possible way to change your email to something else example: Hotmail To Gmail.

I have an old hotmail account that im not using anymore and i was really hoping for some help to get this resolved. If you want any information about my account name or anything else just pm me at [email protected] or [email protected]

 

Try settings (top right on browser),
- edit email & password,
- - new email address,
- - confirm new email adress.

 

You would have to contact Alente and explain why you want to change your e-mail. If you are reasonable, he could change it for you.

You should also specify if you mean your Game account email or your forum account email. If you meant forum, then just do what Halpin said. =)

 

I want to change my game account email. why is because whenever i try to change my password to something new i am asked to verify my mail but i cannot access it because it is hacked and banned. if you want proof i could gladly take some pictures.

Well you really could just setup forwarding on your hotmail so you don't have to change the email on every site you ever registered on just because you want to stop using it. There is never a need for the email on gamez unless you forgot your password and email forwarding in this rare scenario would take care of that.

Edit: Yea just saw your message that you can't access it. That is a whole different story entirely xd You will definitely have to prove that the account is really yours before he agrees to change the email for you.

 

This did not explain how to change my game account mail.

 

That is exactly why I want to change my hotmail to gmail because if I ever get hacked or have a need to renew my password, I could instead use my new email rather than my hotmail (wich got hacked and banned)

 

Ok im ready to prove that the account is mine is there a way of contacting him? email perhaps phone number if that is needed.

 

How about forum PMs? You are on the forums afterall. I don't think he would want anybody spamming his email or phone xd
