About Stigma Shards

Hi, i was wondering how can i get a big bunch of stigma shards, couse rly im not buying 200 for billions of kinah in broker, or exp 17263123 chars to lv 20 to get 750 shards each time from stigma quest. I mean, on retail you can get tons of them from arena repeatable quest.. this bunch gives u like 1k shards but seems not here.

I use to change my build a lot depending where i do pvp or who with, so would be nice to get them fast. Right now i have 1 skill missing couse dont have enought x'D.

There are several daily quests so you could just do these and get a fairly nice amount of them.

 

The ascension quest gets you to level 18/20/22 depending on what your account status is. This takes about 10 minutes. It's the fastest way to get 750 stigma shards. I understand you said you don't want to do this a million times. But it's faster than any other quest or even farming ingi/abyss. It's cheaper than any alternative. If the fastest cheapest route isn't sufficient you can consider buying them from the credit shop as well.

 

in short.. lets make them spawn a stigma selling npc! hahaha just farm it. Or do an instance for gear and trade that for shards.

 

I trully agree with that, but i think maybe Staff could do some change on the topic. I mean, this is suppose to be orientated to PvP, so its normal changing your stigma build really often.
I suggest the Administrator, to include an amount of shards on that GM small Box as gift, or make it as retail and put them into the Weighty Arena Bundle Supplies ( [item: 188051606] ) obtained by Five Defeated in One Session ( [quest: 28218] ) Quest, wich is repeatable as many times as you want and only have to kill 5 ppl in Arena. It gives 700 shards to be exact in the highest level of the match (56 - 60). This would also increase maybe the interest on doing Arenas.

I know i have to bring some proves that what im saying is true, so I Logged-in again with my retail character in Perento and went arenas, obviously recording.

You can notice its retail server becouse of the matching system that let fight between different servers. In this case, i fought a cleric from Anuhart, and im from Perento. I speed up the vid to avoid boring parts (this guy wasnt really geared so not really intesting). The blured party just cover the Legion TeamSpeak's IP and password.

Btw, look the amount of shards i just have in inventory xDD, and i used to give a friend a lot, couse clerics rly need to change stigmas for pvp and instances xD.

 

I tried today to do the quest, and it has an error on loading the html i think. When you alredy talked to the NPC on Verteron and sent you to that instance, opened the chest and another NPC appeared, this gives you one stigma but then you cannot put it in your slots, the html of the npc is failed. You talk again with the NPC and it says you cant have more than one stigma. You relog, and same happens. You delete the stigma and try again, and it gives you the stigma again but cant use it and also fail on the text load.

 

Campaign quests are bugged at the moment lol, it seems like this is a double-edged sword.

The fastest way to get stigmas at the moment is just farming, the quests are mainly bugged so you can get stuck like you did just now. Try running and farming around fortresses, also there is a repeatable quest that gives xp, ap and kinah (its crysis now) so you should try that out, the best is around Miren, Krotan and Kysis fortress in the upper abyss. Well.. have fun.... the last i would think about on a pvp server is expending time on farming stigma shards.. when one should have tons of them without farming even in a low server... xd

I think staff should give this problem a priority, couse new players or even new characters created cant get their skills..

/Edit: Tried with another char, and could complete the quest, so it doesnt happen always.

 

So any chance to get this change comes true? Dont rly want to exp lot of new chars each time i want to change my stigma build >.<

Nah, the problem was that i havent slots enough becouse of the surveys, after i deleted some junk i could. But what i meant was the possibility to put the shards into the arena quest reward like its on retail proved by the vid put

 

What server do you play on?
I can probably spare a few.

 

Im playing on Lumiel here, but this isnt about get some anymore, i mean.. On a pvp server its normal testing some builds or even change acording to where you gonna pvp, if you go alone, on massive, on arenas.. etc.. Thats why i think its important to get the chance to get as many as you want.

 

Just wait for the arena quest....
