Item Pak problem, pls asistance

Hi Gamez comunity, look i do have a friend who trade items and storage in wharehouse dont work, he is already VIP and cant do anything, we already try alot things, delete all folder, creating again, reparing with launcher, try version 1 and 2. and nothing, idk what else could, be.

I give him my item pak (cuz i dont have any problem with it) and still dont work for him. He have windows XP.

Pls help us

My friend did 100 times that instructions, and still dont work.
