Anyone willing to help new player?

Hey, hi.

As tittle say you can already guess that I am looking for person which can help me with this game. Im new in Gamez aswell in Aion, game itself. First, I want to say that I am not looking for free items nor begging for anything, Im just looking for nice person which can tell me basics of the game and get me thro first stages of game, which won't get angry when I'll ask hundreds, hundreds of questions.

I really couldn't decide where to post it so if it's wrong section, sorry.

Would be nice if you could mention which server you are on. Siel/Lumiel? =)

If you're on Siel, I can help you out with basics. Just shoot me a PM with your nickname and the race (or post here) you've chosen then I'll contact you in-game. =)

 

Which server? Lumiel or siel? What race? Asmo or elyos?

 

I'd recommend you to read about Aion Lore before anything. You'll understand the story basis of the game in the manners of PvPvE(Races:Balaur,Elyos,Asmodian). Also there are many guides out there, google is your friend. When you encounter a question you can't find yourself just ask here on the forums or use this forum's search function. There are many threads out there that could help you, specially the guides section.

Well I haven't really decided yet where to play (which server). I literally launched game 10 minutes ago logged on recommended server, which I think was Lumiel and picked Elyos (warrior). My level is now about 10 so, if you could explain me what's the difference beetwen both servers, I would be grateful. As long as there's fun, I don't care which server I am playing on.

@jchernandez Yeah I know but still I'd rather person, so I can talk with her/him about anythin' not really connected with Aion, it's funnier and less boring then reading all the stuff on google.

 

Uh... since you're new it's hard to explain the difference.

On Lumiel, you don't have all skills and there are less players.
On Siel, you have all the skills and the server has more players.


I personally like Siel better and am playing there.

 

Then, I think the answer is easy, more players = more fun, I will create new character on Siel.

If you wish to get more.. let's say.. daily support/help - make an asmodian. I'm mostly on Asmodian side. =)

can u add me as friend too and mentor me as well? i'm on lumiel and i can switch over. i got the same problem as kyon, i'm lvl60 and got no gear. i'm using those gear from coins or quest items.. sob sob.. thx

Some of the things to be able to make farming easier is to be patient and hard working since it will take a lot of time and hard work to be able to get a decent gear alone or expand your circle of friends in-game by joining a legion to get help when you need one. Don't be disheartened if some legions out there require members to have at least ABG as minimum gear, those are just PvP focused legions. You can find legions in-game that are made for fellow newbies/ungeared to run instances and get geared. Good luck on finding them and be careful from Ninja-looters!

Some suggestions that might help:
After the Kinah reduction weeks ago, Kinah's value became higher. Now with just Kinah you can buy some items in the broker or from players that you can use like PvE/PvP items. How to gain Kinah? You can sell consumables in the broker, do campaign quests and also sell items in the NPC (make good use of the daily Kinah limit). Or if you're VIP you can sell more valuable stuffs like medals, tokens, etc..

thx for the info uehara, i'm been farming very hard for kinah since i got nothing to do in game as well as those lvl 56 coin gear. i'm just wondering how do people get tiamat gear which i see is so many ppl using. ask ppl around but ppl just ignore me.. so sad

i can't believe my own eye when i saw ppl willing to mentor for exchange for something, this is the worst private server i've played in my whole life. i don't mind even GM gonna ban my account after he see this message cos i going to other server to play.

 

Another way to make kinah is join events especially tornaments.

Not sure, if you get the "kinah surprises" if your not in the top 3 winners but still join you get free items for joining tournaments.

Theres Gold, Silver , Bronze gift boxes Gold = first place , silver = second place and so on.

Each box can give up to 40-100m Kinah with gold medals/plat medals and other useful things that you can sell for kinah.
