You cannot run Aion with the version of DirectX currently installed.
Aion requires the DirectX version released after June 2008.
You can download the correct version from Aion Online: The Official Fantasy MMORPG Website.

IF THE VERSION UPDATE IS PROBLEM.
GIVE ME YOUR PRESENT GAMEZAION VERSION.

Here's the Direct X that should do the job. You need to install a newer version. That's why your Aion can't run.
