Character Transfer....

Seems more people had problems with this... I have done every thing that it stated me to do before accepting a transfer, so why does it when i do accept and transfer its not working because appearantly (from what im reading on this forum) is that i need to do more or know more for it to work..

So what am i to do now?.. my special cube is empty, just have things in my inventory, no items equiped & a not full WH. Will it try automatically again now that i have emptied my special cube? or what am i to do now?... clueless..

 

Another transfer issue? >.< Ugh... you'll have to wait for a SAM to refund the transaction so that you can attempt again if it really didn't go through.

I'll refer this thread to them.

 

Maybe an information update on what the requirements are? Like it doesnt say your special cube or Warehouse shud be empty.. but shud they? Can i have items equiped?

Personally, when I did my transfer a few weeks ago, I had no items equipped and my WH was empty. I had 2+ cubes full of items in my inventory and my transfer went perfectly fine. I don't know why you guys are having so much trouble with it.

 

Hahhaa i dont get it either, did everything it said.. i had items in my special cube and fully equipped.. if i only knew it was a requirement XD, kind of lame that WH transfer wont work (not talking about shared), one of the reasons i wanted to use transfer in the first place xD. Oh well.. hope ill get a chance to retry it soon =] (just moved server, eager to play xD)

 

Please reset it, i think i figured out what went wrong. Had stigmas equiped, items in special cube wich count towards item in inventory wich means that the 2 slots i kept free arent actually free xD and had too many items in WH.
And is there any place to give Meanz a commendation? =] (if it wasnt for him i'd still be fed up and irritated XD)

 

Still stuck.... admins sleeping or what? ive been waiting for a shitload of hours now.. i wouldnt mind 0 support if i didnt pay real money for it, wich i did... so i doubt that its too much to ask for an admin to stand up and respond?

 

No one is online 24/7. I'll see if I can assist with getting this thread to them.

 

I didnt say 24/7 meanz, its just that you have responded 3 times already, im not dumb... i can see SAM and AM online on the forum mainpage and see their recent activities, there has been plenty of SAM and AM online in the past hours but nobody seems to be bothered with a response or the slightest help. You should be wearing the SAM title, at least you have the decency to respond and troubleshoot.

 

Unfortunately, only SAMs can assist you with that. All me and the AMs can do is refer the thread to them and wait for them to come around when they have some free time.

 

... ive been running servers myself.. it shudnt take this long or be this hard.. rewrite the friggin software for the pending transfers.. maybe a button to retry incase it fails.. some common sense couldnt hurt.

Guess ill have to wait till some SAM has time.. thanks anyway..
