Current Stuck Problem - Official

yes it is, no items in it

 

yes it is, no items in my special bag, im kinda wondering if the ddos attacks or whatever is making the website all laggy and sometimes not connecting is causing my transfer not to work. Sometimes the website doesnt load at all and gets a timed out error. Just an idea

 

Character stuck in transfer?

Hi, I've tried to transfer one of my charas from Lumiel to Siel, and the page said it would take like 5-10 minutes. It's been almost an hour now, I haven't logged on as it said, yet according to the page it's still in progress. But after browsing the boards I think I might not have had enough inventory/wh space (sorry didn't see a warning about that earlier!). Or could it be caused by deleting a name-space-holder-chara on the target server too soon before the transfer and only leaving the legion minutes ago? D: Anyhow if that means it's stuck, can you please reset/refund it for me to try again? *begging puppy eyes look* Thanks in advance

Still says "You have an active player transfer!" after half a day ;-; Is it safe to try logging on and maybe playing with other charas on the account while waiting? Or should I just leave it alone until this is solved? o.o

 

Yes. It's safe to play. When a SAM has some free time, they will review it and refund the credits most likely so that you can try transferring again.

I am still stuck in limbo, need a reset and I am not going to try to transfer this char again! Why I cannot transfer, I have no idea, but I am at my end with this for now....Thank you for all of the chances to transfer this char......

I have cleared more inv, checked that i have no auctions or mail, hope it works, dont want to have to do all my professions and lose all of my pets, please reset me one more time, this will be the last attempt. Thanks

 

Everyone that has a problem with this seems to have items equipped. I transferred my toon with no problems at all. My WH was absolutely empty, i had 2+ cubes full on items.
Try something near that if you can.

You still have too many items if it's still not going through. Mine was as easy as it can get. With no problems at all. I don't see any other possible reason for you to not be able to finish the transfer.

I remember you said you removed the stigmas when we spoke in game. You also said your special cube was empty, now you're saying you can't open it. I'll refer this to a SAM again so they can check it ..

Cami was kind enough to refund this again.

Now, for the second time, please transfer less stuff so that the action goes through.

 

yes i removed the stigma, and i though acc warehouse was special cube,,

Open your inventory and next to your kinah icon (At the bottom of the window), you'll see a little bag. Click it - that's your special cube. Make sure it's empty.

P.S. And reduce the items that you're transferring more. Obviously that's not enough. >.>
