Lost ID and ID Problem

i Have 2 question to this server..

first i have two ID
1. Dwikiafk
2. Dwiki09

i have to ask i have not play for a 2 years..

i still can access my first ID.. then when i try to recovery my second ID it always say failed.. but when i try to make another ID with the same name with my second ID it say the ID already registered how does it been?

second can i still recov my second id?.. coz for a 2 year i can still play my first ID

yeah i try that to ... i remember the email id was same with my second id.. but i try in many way .. it say my email does not exsist.. how i can recov that ?

 

Don't think you can. Maybe someone made an account with the same name, who knows.

Also, I'm surprised your accounts are still active. If you haven't logged in your second account for over 5~6 months, it's gone. The system deletes them.

 

what.. how can make that spesific with my ID .. yeah when i play i used both of my ID

My previous post pretty much sums up my answer to that question too. There's nothing that can be done if you lost your password AND your e-mail.
