Current Stuck Problem - Official

hello sir, I've told my friend to try open my special cube and he said when the special cube it's empty and I tried to transfer it again, but still stucked again Sir,,, could this be because of my craft skills? I have 3 masters and 2 expert skill and a lot of design. might i need to make a new char n transfer my stuff there.

 

You're just trying to transfer too much... I told you to decrease the amount of items you're transferring >.>

 

i did sir,, you said let warehouse free a half n 2 cubes full,,
but in my warehouse only 2 rows n 2 cubes full.. inched:
n eywa (my friend) he transfered his toon lvl 22 with 5 slot free in warehouse n invetory T,T

 

Yes. My transfer was also of a new toon. Freshly finished Ascension level 22 toon. Maybe there's something else that's interfering. You might wanna try doing that. Might be a better option. I've already referred this to the SAMs.. for the third time >.>. See what they say when they have time to check this.

But,,, why i cant invite a _UNK to a legion??

 

Because basically the character doesn't exist. You have to rename it with the Name change ticket or delete and re-create it.

You also can't use the /invite /w and other similar kind of commands to characters with _UNK names.

I'm still waiting for some higher up to announce that this service maybe unstable? The point of my transfer is to take my professions, tapping skills, pets, and quests of my lumiel character which is included in the list of features that the service offers. But its not? Please fix it, thank you.

 

Technically, it's not excluded but it's not included either.

You just assume so since it's not in the rules and restrictions. My guess is that it's actually the quests/professions/stigmas and whatnot that are actually causing the transfer to fail. (I'm not certain but that's what it seems to be the problem from my observations)

I will contact the SAMs to ask for confirmation & let you know. =)


Rules and Restrictions

• You cannot transfer a player within a legion
• You cannot transfer to a server with more than 7 players in your account on that server
• Your account must be offline during the transfer
• Your account must have 1500 credits to start the transfer
• Your player abyss points will not be transferred
• Your player friends list will not be transferred
• All broker items will not be transferred
• All player mail will not be transferred
• If another player has the same name, "_UNK" will be added at the end of your name and you will be given a name change ticket

Do more research? This thread " http://forum.gameznetwork.com/f2/server-transfers-live-101541/ " was made back in 2011. New versions, new updates, new bugs.

About 30min a go i'm inside the game, my char was in Katalam doing quest, i need to buy some foods so i'm logout from game, when i'm turn back i got this problem

 

Sorry i cant adding the pictures, the launcher need to update again, but its stuck in about only 10% - 20% then stoping :sad:

 

i have the same problem it updates again and stops midway sometimes im able to connect sometimes i get an error

 

try to fly, if it doesn't works, try unstick ur character on the website.

 

Already fixed by my self, it was the file dbghelp.dll inside bin32, i changes again with the newone from my backup client then it works now, u should try it :biggrin:

 

stuck in logging screen

i stuck in the logging screen, i have tried changing the game client it didnt work. and i try another account it works, only my main account and it crashed , didnt work after i got out of the rentus instance
