I done Kasiniel Command's Then poof I can't Access My Account !

Hi .. My Character Name is Juvz.. an Elyos Assassin on Lumiel.. It Started when I Tried to Finish the Kaisniel Command Campagin Quest.. once i entered the throne of Blood Area.. I got Geo Data error.. so I said Relog.. I couldnt.. the game wont let me Press any Key.. so I Force Closed it from Task Manager... and Since then I cant Log back on.. I logged on another account everything is Fine.. But i Cant log on Juvz or any characters in the Same account.. this Started 10hrs ago.. and When I just logged now (after 10hrs).. i whispered my Character.. and Its Still on.. will Any Kind gm take a look in my weird Scenario??

 

You are the second player with this kind of a problem. No idea what's causing it and not sure if character unstuck request helps.

I'll refer this to the SAMs, see what they say.

I tried everything I could with the other player. I'm afraid there's not much else I can do other than refer this thread to the Senior AMs and hope they have a possible solution.

I've issued all unstuck requests that was in our system. If your toon is still stucked (online in game) I'm afraid it will only fix after the server restart. As for when does the server restart I have no clue. They restart it from time to time for maintenance/updates or when it crashes itself.

 

but i have 1 question...
for example, i get payd vip account and my character was stucked i must wait 1 month for server update/restart/crash to play game and waste my vip account ?! if im not right correct me...

they did their part of job... about games features, they hv nothing to do with it. its all depends on Moderator ..... All i can say, please be patient .. you can consider to make another char ?? maybe?? if you still dun know what to do, then you can learn crafting and etc....

 

i rly dont want another char or crafts on another char )) ty for advice. i just need to log in on my character,but still cant after 3 days ) and im patient,but itsnot funny anymore ))
