I can't use FLASH OF SPEED and NIMBLE FINGERS

    I cant drag FLASH OF SPEED I and NIMBLE FINGERS in the skill quick bar and I cant use it in game. What should I do to make use/make this skills available in my character. All assassins and rangers can use this skill except me. Is this an effect of a character that had not been used/logged in for almost 2 years?

    IGN: Khayte and Janille
    LEVEL: Both 60
    SERVER: Siel

    Try typing in .givemissingskills and make sure your skill bar is unlocked. No reason for you to not be able to use them.

    If they haven't played for a super long period of time, it could help since it refreshed your skills list. You don't have to type it if you just made your character and leveled up. But it can't hurt if you do. =)
