My account disappeared..plz help

    My account on Gamez AION is not responding , i tried to request new pasw. but the system can't find my e-mail. E-mail is: [email protected] and there is an old confirmation mail at this mail adr. from GamezAion for my game account: adieboy.
    It just seems to have disappeared,i have an important char. at this account, me & my friends have decided to return to Gamez so can you plz. help me?

    how long have ya been inactive? you have to log-in ingame or at least vote in the website at least once every 5-6 months to keep your account active.

    Your account is gone. The system deletes them after 5+ months of being inactive. Nothing we can do sadly. Sorry, you'll have to make a new account and start over again.

    Just throwing it out there, requesting an account be "un-deleted" is like trying to recover information from a burnt document which is now nothing but ashes. You simply can't because there's nothing there. It's not like banned accounts, those accounts are simply locked. Deleted accounts are long lost information that as far as we're aware, does not get backed up.
