My account disappeared..plz help

My account on Gamez AION is not responding , i tried to request new pasw. but the system can't find my e-mail. E-mail is: [email protected] and there is an old confirmation mail at this mail adr. from GamezAion for my game account: angelheart.
It just seems to have disappeared,i have an important char. at this account, me & my friends have decided to return to Gamez so can you plz. help me?

You account "disappears" after +7 months of inactivity, anyhow, there is still the possibility that you're typing your email wrong (capital letter I mean), so if you logged in less than 7 months, try to remember how did you type your email

 

oh you didn't log-in in game and in site for 7 months? then your account will be automatically deleted in the data base.

 

Didn't you already make a thread about this? How many are needed? At least this one is the right section.

 

So i'm being scoffed at for opening 2 threads thx Meanz,very err.. 'helpful'..maybe it was a mistake to come back to Gamez..

 

Well, just giving an account name is somewhat, helpful. A character name would be more so.
