ALL characters Deleted

This is what happened i was playing aion then logout then i went to sleep then when i woke up all my characters are gone can you please roll back my account or what so please

 

This can not be a bug since I have never heard of that before. Looks like you have shared your account with someone else? And that someone was spiteful enough to delete your characters.. Sadly, your account is your responsibility, there's nothing we can do about it.

 

What am i an Idiot? Ive been like playing for 3 years but stopped playing and came back and now good bye again?

 

Well, I would first question if you logged into the correct server, being that sometimes accidentally log into the wrong one (Lumiel --> Siel) or visa versa and if you don't have characters there it shows nothing.

Second, after checking that you can throw me a character name, server, account name, and registered email address. I'll see if I can pull the account up in our systems and verify that it indeed has no characters on either server.

Also, to make a note if you did happen to not play for somewhere between 5-7 months then your account would have been cleared out most likely.

 

Maybe you're in the other server?

 

No one called you an idiot. Ask nicely how this issue can be resolved so that people will respond to your call.

 

Bad time for a spelling mistake.

Would be nice to have more information. Whether you use a private computer or access Aion in a public location. From the sounds of it you have logged in even the previous day so it`s probably not deleted from inactivity. Have you shared your account information with others? If your PC is at home, does anyone else have access to it....etc etc..
