Attack on Titan. Though it gets really bloody in future arcs that I don´t know if the anime will cover. Right now is quite normal the amount of blood. But story wise and epic moments the series does indeed deliver, the soundtrack is nice.

Gantz is an oldie now, though the series end has nothing to do with the manga, and as such at the end the amount of blood diminish a lot. The first 2 arcs are the best in that sense.

Current shows aren´t that bloody as one would like. A few weeks ago the movie Blood C The last dark has been made available in by BT and is quite action packed with its nice amount of blood. Though nothing THAT disturbing as the last 2 episodes of the series.

Also, check Berserk, the first 2 movies are out as well... the animation is kind of weird with the CG, but it does deliver well done medieval action and is as bloody as you can wish. With dead impaled kids and all. The third one will be released at the end of the year, the color wheel in that one will be on the red tones most likely.

Higurashi no naku koro ni. This one is raw torture in anime format. Amazing and the story is too twisted for normal people to watch and accept and too keep watching, really neat stuff.
That is all I have in my head now.

Once Naruto gets past their filler crap it'll get to the part where I jump in, save the day, and become Hokage.
