Hello why there's no ADMIN RESPONSE ? about my Report and Puddles say that i will wait for them, and then i wait for 1month, but still my ESR Other part's doesn't send the refund, please make action about this,

(and i contact the Admin Alente) try to check my sent items, its like two weeks past now that i contact them, and then like what puddle's say i will wait for it, and then i think 1 month waiting is too much? or not?

as i said puddle's told me that like 3weeks ago and then i wait it but 3weeks has been past already then how long do i need to wait? i just want to know. if my case/report still on going.

 

your report is still going , but due to some problems, Senior am's and other higher staffs , they're pretty busy on other serious cases and so , the only thing you must do is to be patient.

More like senior AMs can't give items anymore. They had their powers restricted due to past power abuse, so now it is up to Admin rank to do it. As far as I know, there are only 3 people with that power

Luataro - the dude who manages forums, not sure he even has the game installed
Carl - counting his money somewhere, havent seen him post in ages
Alente - Haven't seen him around for ages, his post count went up by 2 in the past month or so

Edit: seems like Alente posted 2 days ago, haven't seen him on skype for weeks either.

 

I know those 3 , well after josh go to London and attend a meeting he become a CEO right ? wait out topic.

And i guess Sam's can continue give item on amt/am

Admins at gamez don't trust their own staff with the most basic of responsibilities so ultimately players like you will continue to suffer.

Sad, but true.

 

That is because there is a history behind that were trust was given and abused xd I bet you can see how the ability to give anybody gear could easily end up very badly lol. But yea I find it quite funny that they separate staff members into 3 different classes, the highest of which still can't do this.
