    uhm... why i cant see the hexway instance in my map and dungeon list? please help. and when i got there in the location given by my friends. in silentra canyon i cant get in and no portal.

    Repair your client in the ncsoft launcher, that should fix it.

    ehst do you mean repair smartik? i tried to open the launcher of NCsoft and nothing happens.. still no hexway in my map and list of instances. should i update the NCsoft launcher?

    Update your NCSoft launcher, Run the launcher, select it to your aion folder, Repair....
