???Super rewards purchase not available???

The last time i donated was 12JAN2013. However, when i attempt to use superrewards to donate, there is no option for purchase, only the offers. I would really like to donate to get vip. if this can be fixed in any way, i would appreciate it. thanks

 

Post your country, a lot of people have been reporting this lately, wonder if it is a country ban or the whole payment method got removed. Some people just don't see the donation method (like you), some dont even see the free offers.

 

Some players have been experiencing this. No idea what's the cause of it though.

A player said he got his donation refunded and that's what happened afterwards.

I'll try to address this to Carl or Alente. Have them look into it.

 

So far I know about 1 guy from the UK and 1 from the Philippines, not sure about the others. Looks like more than just a simple country ban by the looks of it. We will see

 

I am currently in guam, near the phillipines, i have tried my main account, my alt account, and my wifes account, and all of them have the same issue. i have even made an account with superrewards, but still no luck with purchase. and the payment wall option isnt available in my area, is there any other way that i can donate so i can get vip? or will i have to wait and see what is going on with super rewards?

It happens after refunds or alot of donations.

Cause if you make a new account the payment option is available.

 

Ok, thank you for that, however, it did allow me to have the payment options....but, this defeats the purpose for wanting to donate, i want vip on my account i already have. as stated in the OP, the last donation i made was 5 months ago...and it was only a 20 dollar donation, therefore, even if there was a limit to the donations per week/month, it should have cleared by now. I would really like to know if the credits can be xferred if i buy them for my other account. If so, a how to would be nice as well
