    in a level 3 reward i got a heart of magic but to get the fenris i need crit, or i need to exchange those 3 for something?

    No. You need to Critical Process it, I suggest do it in Alchemy.

    The item needs to be "Hot" Heart Of Magic to complete that quest.

    Because you can actually exchange those hearts of magic for boiling balaur blood stains which you will need to craft the Hot Heart of magic.

    10+ attempts to craft that hot heart of magic .... it seems to me , that crit crafting attempts on this item have been disabled :(
