how long will it take til my character gets unstuck ?

i did my '' unstuck reguest '' , so how long it usually takes ?

You have to wait until a server restart. Meaning, you request the unstuck and it will take effect next time the server restarts.

It's also recommended you stay off-line until the server restart. (Don't log in the account)

Wish we got more updated factual info on this from the higher ups (who apparently all disappeared who knows where). At some point they processed unstuck requests at more rapid intervals without a need for server restart. The last guy I talked to got his processed instantly on submission (he literally just loaded the game and could log). But yea, nobody here to explain how it works at the moment.

Wouldn't really need an arbitrary rank to know this stuff if they just shared that info. There is such a lack of transparency here even a lot of the staff members don't know how a lot of the things here really work.

 

With my main account it's always like this, if I get send logs at logging in I can send an unstuck request and I'll log in in the next try ;d

 

As long as it takes for people to stop posting aion crap in my GD.

 

well , i tryed to log in with my account today , i reached to the character selection ( before the '' unstuck request '' i didn't even make that far ) but when i select my character then the game disconnects me automatically.. my toon has been stuck for 2 days already , seems weird to me bcz i see that other ppl have gotten they're '' unstuck '' reguest resolved almost immediately .

 

Those people get unstuck fast because they don't post aion crap in General Discussion. Post in the proper section next time and it will be taken care of quickly. Now away you go.

 

actually , i did post the same post into the right section ( under '' contact us '' ) just after i started this topic... so .. i apologize for being newbie in gamezaion forums , hard to find the correct sections bcz to be honest , this community isn't organized properly to those who are seeking in game help, ( im not meaning to insult the creator of this forum ). in most of the games you can send a ticket to the GMs directly and when GM has started investigating your case then you will receive an email saying that they are working on it ..

Secondly, I agree his post is in no way helpful, however. We have the sections, you just can't find them I guess.

Ticket to the GM? You can always send a PM to any of the staff members. They will gladly assist you with what they can.

The forum is organized pretty well actually. You just have to look for things. Everything has it's own section. Makes things easier to run. Easier to find too.

 

okay, thank you Meanz , i was just curious bcz i didnt receive any feedback from GMs if they are working on it or not , so i had to continiou this topic bcz my toon has been stuck for 2 days :S , i freshly started playing aion again and i've gotten little addicted of this server. all the new instances look cool and i hvnt had any chance to try them out yet.
