    The item.pak is the same for all operating systems as far as I know. No win8 users have had any problems with them. At least not that I've heard of.

    Repair your client through NCSoft Launcher. Should fix it.

    Just repair the client then replace the item.pak again. See if you still can't see some items.

    Judging by his forum registered date I would say he is new here, which means he probably never used an items.pak before and right now grabbed the 3.0 one instead of 3.7. Make sure he got his from here and isn't using the outdated one. A few people used the wrong one lately.
