will aion from a 32bit machine can flawlessly works in 64bit machine?

Yes, because 64bit operating systems support 32bit applications just fine. Aion has both 32bit and 64bit versions (can run either using a launch parameter), but the 64bit version won't work with private servers. Anyways you will be fine, I use win 7 64bit as well and so do many other people here.

The items.pak is optional and not related to operating systems anymore xd Besides, it is the xp people who had trouble running that in the past and it was due to its size.
