I had to laugh at most of the names, though i should be impartial in such matters.

 

im not even in the lumiel server but there are no "best players",
each player has his own style and could be better than another in a diffrent area (1v1 or group pvp for example) and while some players are much better than others finding the best is usually impossible

Interesting ranking you got there considering I haven't even heard some players on 1/2 of the list.
However like others have said, there is no "best", all depends on the environment: Who is better in 1vs1, GvG, ZvZ? Who is better geared? Who has better latency?

Who is the best lumiel player? As someone stated, there can't be a BEST, everyone has their own style.
There had been made like millions of threads about this topic and one more isn't really needed.
