Help !

    Hello, my friend cannot connect has Aion, he puts the good password and ID but that says to him this:


    ID or password does not match (2)



    But I can go on his account, thank you for helping us!

    He probably failed typing his ID/Pw, or maybe he has got Caps Lock on.

    Actually I got the same problem. Dc-ed 30 min ago and can't relog, getting the same message as Phenomene's friend "ID or password does not match (2)"

    deathangel he try a lot but always the same problem and his caps lock is off :/

    I just logged in from my flatmates laptop and everything looks fine. Maybe the game on my computer got corrupted for somehow, I'll try repairing the retail and installing Gamez launcher again I guess.

    maybe some key of your keyboard is not working,happened to me too,try to check ur keyboard,hope i help

    Up please ): My friend try to play with the antivirus desactivate but the same message appear : ID or password does not match (2)

    It is not a connection issue. ID/pass does not match means it does detect the login server (connection is fine) but the login info is wrong. It happens when people screw up and run the retail launcher instead of gamezaion one. Basically, he is logging into retail instead of gamez and he does not have a retail account.

    Edit: Other than that, check capslock and numlock.

    You can also try toggle the onscreen keyboard windows has and click fill out the login. That way you can tell if the problem is with the client or the way you fill out info.

    Also check the keyboard language settings, some keyboards have letters/characters at different places (numbers mainly)

    I suggest you hit the update button if you have NCSOFT US, because they've replaced the old launcher with the new one, along with some other stuff. Might not be the case, yet that solved this problem for me. Good luck.

    There is absolutely no need to update the launcher. The old 3.7 client will keep working with the old launcher. Also, his problem has already been solved xd
