In-game problem

    My character name is Lendor, i am an assassin level 60. I am currently doing the weekly quest for mithril medals. I completed some of the quest but for some reason i can't open the special bag. Is there anything i can do to open it? i've tried everything and i can't seem to open it.
    Please help

    Now i understand how you got so many posts.

    I would suggest to Repair your client but as Smartik said ...it's not possible since few days.

    4.0 is not out yet. It will still get you to 3.7. Thing is, you should be able to open the cube when you click it. I would like it if you can upload a few pictures or a short video, so we can actually see.

    They fixed the launcher actually. NCsoft apologized for the mess and gave us 10x tea of repose in a survey. Anyways check your other characters. If it doesn't work on any of them it is a client issue and you will have to repair. If it doesn't work on just that 1 character then it is a server side bug.

    Yup, it is still 3.5.0.12 even though they added a small annoying patch that changes event scroll names xd

    No it doesn't lol, I play retail and I am telling you that "update" in the old ncsoft launcher just downloads the new ncsoft launcher and even though they change a few insignificant files, it is still 3.5.0.12 and you can login to gamez with it.

    4.0 comes out the 26th, they won't release the client this soon because all retail people wouldn't be able to login anymore for the next 9 days.
