Remodel bug.

    Hello, today, 2:20 PM~ i bought remodel Cool Swimsuit from my second account, i remodelled it on plate armor (low level) and i sent it with express mail to my main account & character.

    I equiped it (the low lvl armor with remo on it) to see how looks... then i remodelled my Sublime Coliseum's Champion with the low lvl armor (with remodel on it) then... (in that small "picture" showed me... the remodel work) but when i got it in my inventory and equiped... you can see the screenshot.. how i look.

    I ruined 750 Tol's, I ruined my last remodel (Dragonbound breastplate) and i got lvl 10 (i guess) armor design on my SCC breastplate.

    Now, Floods ask me for proof... i don't have any since i didn't knew about the bug! but you can check my list of what i bought from that account.

    I really want that remodel... is not really my fault i didn't knew about bug... and Floods told me that, Dev's know about bug... and i don't understand why they can't repair it. I'm sure other peole lost Firebolt armors/weapons or other more expensive remodels...

    Please, I want Cool Swimsuit on my character: Happyelf.

    Next time i'll make remodel, i'll record with Bandicam and i'll make screenshot too. (and i REALLY hope you guys can handle that bug and repair it...nobody wants to lose theyr remodels like that)

    I already explained you in-game. Remodeling skins is bugged and almost everyone is aware of it already. For further information visit this thread: http://forum.gameznetwork.com/f63/few-things-you-supposed-know-bugs-common-issues-etc-149325/.

    In order to get your bugged item back, we will need few proofs, so we make sure you really remodeled the item and it really got bugged. If you didn't record your remodeling process and just come here and say it got bugged, there's absolutely nothing we can do about it. There are no proofs? There won't be any action.

    I really suggest you recording all kind of trades/remodeling/armfusing in the future. Good luck!

    2 months already and the known bugs are not repaired... many other players who fall in that bug will follow...

    Lost 750 Tol for nothing + ruined my last remodel i had.

    Bugs/Glitches are common in private servers which are being constantly updated, like gamez. Every update birngs up new/missing features and fixes old bugs.

    Anyhow, such bugs, which are nothing else but errors in scripts, are not intentional, they just occour, whitout any real motivation. We are not able to determinate what kind of bugs will appear after a patch/update, and we dont know the origins of the issue. Now, it obviously takes some time to find where this bug started and to correct the errors, fixing the problem, and it also needs some time for this changes to apply on our servers.

    The only thing we can do, while developers are working on the problem, is informing players with threads and notifications about it, which has been done. If players dont bother reading forums/notifications , well, we are really sorry,but we cant do anything about it.We are ready to refund items which disappeared due to this remodell-bug, but whitout proofs? No thats sadly not possible.

    Your screenshots do not prove that you actually remodelled the item over your armor, you could have sold it/moved it to another account and so on. We are not accusing you of lying, please dont understand us wrong, but there are minimal requisites we need to have to refund an item. Please, if you have got a video or any other possible proofs, feel free to post them here and we will look into it, but right now, with the evidence you are giving us, we wont be able to refund your items.

    I beg to differ. Most people make a forum account only after they have a problem. Not having competent enough devs to fix this in idk how many months now I can live with, but they should have added a login screen news feed warning to screenshot your gear and warn about fusion/remodel bugs months ago. Regardless of how many times I bring that up, the only mention of this is buried somewhere in a forum thread, that is besides all these "we won't help you" threads. There are way too many of these in the past few weeks.

    The same old story every time
    Someone gets scammed - "your responsibility", no searching, no banning done
    Someone loses stuff due to major bugs here that they aren't notified about - "you won't be getting those back"

    You guys don't need colored names to tell people you will do nothing, any of us can do that.

    And thats not true as well, not sure where exactly you get off with your pessimistic attitude, but item reimbursals DO get done, and will start being done alot more often now, provided proof is sufficient of course.

    Ontopic though: Unfortunately this time, the only single screenshot that is here isn't nearly enough proof. For a referrence's sake, please, if you can't record yourself doing them, make sure you take a timestamped picture beforehand, showing you have the item what it is, a timestamped picture showing you're attempting to remodel, a timestamped pic showing the remodel "Went through successfully", then a timestamped screen showing it didn't actually work. To timestamp a picture, please type /time ingame. It will timestamp the picture in the way that I am requesting personally.

    And yea if you you know, gave them sufficient warning ahead of time rather than after it happens to them, maybe they would actually have decent proof.

    Edit: Just so you know the 2nd thread had an actual video and nobody cared. What more proof do you want?

    I know how to record, is not that the problem... just that i didn't know about the bug... as Smartik1 said... you guys can atleast put one announcement about "important" bugs that affect us the most.

    Many of us really make accounts in forum only after they got a problem... (I had account before i found my problem but i didn't search for bugs and etc...)

    Again, the problem is not recording or screenshots... i just didn't knew about that bug.


    From now, i'll be "example" for every player in Gamez community. I'll give you guys something to "work" at everytime i find a bug or a player uses arena bug/hacks.

    My 750 Tol's wasted.... now doesn't matter anymore.

    I'll go review those personally.

    First one - Answered by Deathangel seen here. The two screenshots provided do not give enough detail for me to feel comfortable issuing refund of said item.

    Second one - Refund of items was issued by Carl himself. Just because its not posted anywhere, doesn't mean it doesn't actually happen.

    Have anything else for me this morning? I'm sure we can go back and forth on this all day. Still no reason for your attitude, i'm telling you to tone it down.

    Can PM me if you choose to. Thread closed at request of OP.
