what is the sulotion of this problem.... we have a problem with my neighbor.... ahm... first me when i log in of my account and my character... then the 2nd is my neighbor log-in in his account too... why my account disconnected.... even though i have in other cafe... and my nieghbor still there at his cafe... y im affected and disconnected...then after that my neighbor try to register again but it still that happened.... CAN YOU REPLY AND HELP ME THAT THIS SULOTION OF THIS PROBLEM "GAME MASTER" smile

 

When you tried to select a character did the game just crash on you?

If it crashed upon selecting the character, then I would suggest logging into GamezAion.com with the account, clicking the Player Unstuck Request button. File an unstuck for the character.

Just as a note, please do not attempt to log in the character right away, we will process them as soon as possible.

If that, does not happen to work, you may need to wait until we restart the server.

 

maybe you are using any ping reducer that only can use one person.
if you and your neighbour use the same ping reducer example : REDUCETHELAG
one of you will get DC.
i dont know, this happen to me before.
my suggestion is one of you need to uninstall the ping reducer if you have it.

 

ah.. yes i use the reduce the log but ... if i have in other cafe... it is still happened.
