Donation question/problem

Hello aiongamez.
I'm here to ask the staff a question.
I have recently done a donation of 100 euro =16100 credits throw paysafe.
I received my credit but on the donation page it says "Bonus 15% " when chosing this option.

I had 1421 credit before this so my final credit is 17521 credit,however where is my 15% bonus? I didn't got any bonus credit.
Could you please send me the bonus too ?

 

If you look at the page.

For USD, and the same can be said for any currency, though for the example we will use USD for the easy round numbers.

For 100$ USD you will be given 10,000 Credits. A Bonus of 15% would equate to 1500 credits.

On the Paysafe portion of PW, you will see that the allotment for 100$ is 11500. This means the bonus % is already included in the amount you are purchasing.

So, with the total you had before the number is accurate as the additional bonus was already included.
