im gettin "Cannot connect to authorization server" erorr

i cant find this kind of topic. or i cant see it sorry for that.
when i try to connect server im getting [h=3]
"Cannot connect to authorization server"[/h]error. can someone help me for this?

im getting "no game servers avablable for the authorization server" now.
is it same erorr?
and i am gettin "win8fix37.rar: bin32\d3dx9_38.dll cannot do

If you're trying to extract the rar while you're running Aion yea you'd prolly get that error.

Close aion and anything Aion related and try again.

You're using Windows 8 or something else?

Okay, well.

Make sure Gamez Launcher is inside your Aion folder and get that thing extracted. Do a PC restart and try again. The rar works for everyone. No reason for it to not work for you. It's just 2 .dll files. Once you replace them, you should be able to play.

If you're still having problems extracting, I'll send them to u manually.

i cant login my char's

im stuck after im select my char's

Stuck? Stuck how? You select your char, you hit enter and what happens? Do you get some sort of an error? More information would be helpful.

 

my char still standing and nothing happens
& i dont get Error message sir , idk why

 

When did you start getting that error? Did you just install the game or you just suddenly got it?

 

i download launcher from web, then im install the launcher ,
after that i try to login then i chosing 1 char's then hit start and then my char still standing ,

No. Restart should not be needed. You put the launcher inside Aion folder right?

Is this a brand new client or an old one that you updated?

 

1hour ago its was fine then i log out to do some stuff and when i return to play again i encounter "Cannot connect to authorization server" ​

Have you changed anything in the past hour? What windows are you using? Have you installed any programs or anything recently?

 

i'm using windows 7 ultimate 32bit.. nothing i just log out and watch anime.. and after that it happen.. i'll try to restart my computer..

 

Try with restart. If that doesn't work - do a system restore with a date when you could play the game.
