There is a thing, I hope it's not too complicated for you. It's called the Search button, anyone on this forum can use it. Surprisingly, not only Staff members, but everyone can use it. If you maybe used it or saw any of the threads lately you would know the answer to this and you wouldn't ask this stupid question. If you want more information about the search button I can make screenshots of how to use it, if that doesn't help I can even make a video of how to use it.

 

There are no certain dates about 4.0 yet. There will be an official announcement when it is going to happen.
