Freezing

I installed aion 3 days ago and it was working fine. Now when i try to play i get into the game for a few seconds and it freezes.Afterwards i have to restart my computer because when i try to exit the game i get an error report and the screen goes black. When i try to get back on it says im still logged in and i get disconnected. I dont think i have 4.0 because it was working fine these past few days and i never touched the ncsoft launcher since i downloaded aion. Any help would be appreciated :unsure:

 

Somehow it sounds like your character might be stuck, though an error report and having to restart may be a symptom of something else as well.

We can attempt to try and unstuck your character(s) for you. Though knowing what the error report would be helpful somewhat, is it an Aion related error or another error?

Just put in an unstuck request from GamezAion.com User Control Panel and give us a little to process them.

 

Aion goes unresponsive. when i was able to leave sanctum the game was fine but when i returned to sanctum it froze again.

 

Okay, thats actually an older problem that had to do with if I remember the item.pak.

I'll see if I can find the thread associated with it, and or if anyone remembers the fix for it.

 

yeah lots of my friends are having log problems, they normally plays having 200-350ms now they 1000+ and up, its going crazy, cant pvp or boss hunt

you should trial and error on your item.pak. what's your Operating system? w7/wxp/vista/w8

Thanks,but i ended up trying to reinstall aion and didnt realize it would update to 4.0 i read some threads on it so i guess im just gonna wait or hope smartik is able to downgrade the client.

aaand its still freezing in sanctum aion still going unresponsive even with the item patch
