Hey everyone!

It's that time of year where things start heating up, and getting all fun in the sun. Beaches, Barbeques, Camping! All the fun things to do in the outdoors! What's better than being outdoors? Well, honestly nothing really beats it. Except maybe a nice margarita on a cozy lounge chair next to your pool, soaking in the sun getting a tan.

Anyway! Carl & Alente were nice enough to give us the privilege of hosting this hopefully really big, massive, gigantic event for everyone!

It is going to run the course of the month of July, from 01/07/2013 00:00 -5GMT - 01/08/2013 00:01 -5GMT (31 Days).

There will be plenty of events here on the forums to keep you busy as well as in-game special things to do, and strive for.

So, now your saying wow I have to collect these things but for what! That will be listed at the end of this thread where you will
be able to see all of the prizes. They will cost a certain amount of Torn Cards to buy, but it is worth it! Yep, Join an event,
earn these items, save them let them accumulate, trade them, sell them for some ice cream even! Prizes will be worth the effort (I hope)

To go along with the In-Game Events, AM's will be hosting forum events. Ranging from a couple days, to a week or longer.
These events will be summer themed and are to be judged by majority staff vote with-in 24-48 hours of the events closing. They
will; while having their own prizes (from the list below) also be providing Torn Cards. The only down side is we have to limit
the Torn Cards to the top three entries. Participation prizes will be up to the AM to decide, and can range from GamezAION
Prize Packs, to other things (as long as we can get them approved). All the events will be listed, with a link to the event
and the top three enrties to boot!

We will be giving an additional two weeks (August 1st - 14th) to claim Prizes from the list above.
This is due to logistic issues with mailing everything on or before the end date of this event.

If you do not claim prizes from the list above by 14/8/13. The Torn Cards will be invalid, and useless.
While, we may not have every claimed prize mailed by then, if you have claimed a prize by that time
it will be issued. Again, any claims after the 14th of August will be invalid.

[TD]So, now that you have all of these collectable items that were sending out. Your sitting there going cool I have stuff, now what do I do with it!
That is very, very simple. To claim a prize, the easiest and fastest way is to send an In-Game Mail, to
Siel: Puddles/Shikei
Lumiel: Puddles/Gumi

The mail should include the following:

1) The prize which you are claiming
2) The correct amount of Torn Cards
(i.e. Claiming 100m Kinah. Include 10 Torn Cards [50m (5 Cards) so 5x2=10])
3) Character you wish the item(s) to be sent to (If not your own)

Once you have done that, the prizes should be sent with in 48-72 hours.

If you are NOT VIP, you will need to contact one of the Senior Aion Masters or Head Aion Masters to assist you in-game.

There are a few more steps involved with not being able to use the in-game mail, though it is not that much harder or
or difficult so don't worry!

If you do happen to contact a S.AM in-game, please make sure to screen-shot the conversation. Use the /time
command so that we can see the current date and time. This will be your proof, the S.AM will take one as well, so
that when we ask for the proof from them (when they remove the correct amount of Torn Cards), as well as the
requested item(s) from the prize list.[/TD]

a different character. You would need to get them all on the same character.

This is non-negotiable.

Depending on the frequency of events and the possibility for a person to win them all. It seems unlikely anyone can accumulated the max amount of "Aether Flames" to get the top tier 4 prizes.
Also the complexity of this is too extensive to easily comprehend....and not to mention the time zone differences. If this will be held in once daily, then 1/2 the server will miss out.

And oh, it is Winter on other half of the Globe.

Actually, I did the calculations of what needs to be ran, and how much and how frequent. Oopsies!!! You dun get to rain on my B-Day parade mister.
