armfusing bug

i fuse sublime colosseum bow to my tiamat bow but after fusing my bow have no fuse?

is this lag or bug? i have no screenshot during armfusing.

It is possible i can retrieve the bow?

 

Its a known bug, unfortunately without any sort of proof, screenshot or video, we're not able to give it back.

If you WERE to have proof, I'd be happy to review it and get your stuff back to you.

 

same thing happened to me yesterday with my APP staff, i got the same answer as you. i was also told to come read on the forums a lot more cause that way i can learn more about these kinds of things

 

Those bugs are annoying, but in order to not get it, after you fuse it try not to log out immediately, stay ingame for 5/10 mins, if you got it bugged, please make sure you've taken screenshots so AMs can check it out, and with a valid proof they'll restore your item, otherwise they wouldn't know if it really happened cuz there are a lot people who will take an advantage on it saying "Hey i lost my item but no proof, can you still restore it?", so that's why they ask you for a solid proof, like a screenshot or even a video would be cool, too. In addition:

 

to avoid this bug, i teleport to other map, and kill 1 mob or 2 with the armfused weapon, log out.
i do the same for godstones socketing.
