Creating Character... Window Glitch?

I've got some issues with the graphical images before going in game. It seems like glitches or some sort. Everything stays behind the active window or graphics, but being a null. I can't close it nor can i touch it. Its just there, until i found that when i use window mode and adjust the Window Size, they disappear. Now my problem is that when i try to create a character. There are no image whatsoever. Nothing. Just black background and the windows for character creations.

 

Nvm, i fixed it. It seems i can't use other sources to downgrade to 1.37. I had to use the ones here. i couldn't early, mediafire was offline until now.
