Hi guys, i need help connecting

umm I just downloaded NCsoft launcher and updated aion all the way, I guess it's a 4.0 version and gamezaion is 3.7. on gamezaion site it say's to Download and Install Aion
1. Download & Install NCSoft Launcher Click Here
2. Make sure the Region is North America (File->Settings->Advance) in your NCSoft Launcher.
3. Install Aion using the NCSoft Launcher
so I did that and I downloaded the gamezaion launcher too and put it into the folder. but when I open the game and click on one of the server's a massage comes up saying that "there are no server's to connect to" and aion just closes itself. anyone know how I can connect to the game?
