Critical error after server restat!!!!!

Hello i was crafting and i got DC. After dc im trying to log in on game and when im choosing charackter and loging in game im geting error before loged in. Help me out please!

 

Try log another character on that account. If you don't have one, make one quick and try log it. If it works, then your main is stuck and you will have to submit an unstuck request.

 

I tried. Cant log in with any char.

 

Smartik1 my account its stucked i try to get in char and its of...i create another char and munnin don't keep quest on...stop there at lvl 9...pls help

almost same, just cuz mine windows 7 alitle bit diferent error but i give 100% its same problem.

 

Seems that accounts got mass bugged, nothing you can do about it atm. Let a staff member know.

Edit: I would try an unstuck request anyway just for the hell of it, can't hurt. I would also PM staff your account name and char names so they can check the database to see what's up

Post an unstuck request either way, it may or may not solve the problem.

Edit: If you were in que, I just processed the unstucks.

 

Kinda worried it might be a database corruption. New chars shouldn't be stuck.

 

Dunno ^_^. I've gotten stuck for some odd reasons. Last time one of my AM toons happened to be stuck because the game was registering 7 manastones.

His new character he is saying that Munin isn't letting him finish the quest. =p

The other one is stuck. Still waiting on the other thread guy to say what he was doing.

Are they crashing at character select stage?

Also, if you could log into GamezAion.com / Click on My Characters on the User CP.
See if they are logged into the game still or not.

Also, it will say the location they are at, probably blank or eureshanta.

 

they are offline, alukypt and pikau are located, but Ratoo shown as unknown

 

Alright, then submit Unstuck requests for them, and don't try to log onto them for about 10 minutes after you do. So I can process them though.
