i buyed one <Uptown apparel> and the guy wasn't vip so he remodeled iten for me... and i went to remodel again in my main armor... and showed fine!
but when i finished was looking like one ugly armor D:

Current remodel bug, happens randomly with 2 step remodels. Not a scam. You will need to show them proof of having had the items or you won't get them back. You most likely don't have the proof because you weren't aware of the bug.

Going back to what I told them several months ago, if you aren't able to fix the damn thing, put a freaking warning on the login screen. *Hears an echo*, yea nobody listens.

 

What can i do to get my item back? D:

Btw Smartik you are right but maybe they think that they gonna fix it sooner or later so they dont waste time on that anw i was agreed with what u said on previous thread about this case.....but as u say nobody listens

 

Meh adding it to login screen takes about a minute, I know because I made the first login screen for them months ago.

Anyways they made a guide recently on the proof they expect. Can't find it because it doesn't seem to be stickied in the guides section and the forum search fails.

Basically you need:
1. Screenshot of the items just before remodelling
2. Screenshot of the items just after remodelling
3. Both of these have to show ingame time to make sure you took them within limited time frame without hiding the items (just about nobody shows the times on these)

The requirements are strict and without reading the guide, you won't have sufficient proof. Then again if you have read the guide ahead of time, you wouldn't have needed it in the first place, which is why I keep pushing for a proper warning ahead of time (and they keep on ignoring it)
