    So i used the pve gear guide but the dungeons need an alliance and i have no idea how to get one i'm on the Siel server and i'm an elyos cleric, I have no idea what to do now... lol

    You could try farming for some green/blue high level items. Then doing the instances. None of them need an alliance actually. You can do them easily with 4-6 players.

    I would farm inside Tiamaranta's fortress. The one in the center of the map. Gather everything. Sell what you don't need for kinah, keep the rest.
