pffff,,,,, ofc they are promoting the new classes gunner and bard, i think its a total BS idea to include gunner is similar to ranger but with more power bard is ok is similar to bit sorc and SM if i could say so but gunner i dont like the concept to much will proly ruin the fun in PVP not to mention KSing >_< and nerfing old classes wtf >o< damnn thts total BS, gunner remindes me of a game called Lineage of NCsoft where they had class that uses guns instead of bows and arrows, aion just lost its spear sword GSword dagger bow WH magic spells charms by including guns

 

Bard is cleric, sm, sorcerer, and additional op powers, all-in-one. A bard geared with the end-game equipment is invincible, if played good.
Gunner is ranger, assassin, sorcerer and a self-healer, all-in-one (+ super attack speed). I don't even want to imagine a gunner on GamezAion with wings of the circle 2/2.

How do you call those..?

well this was bound to happen, some have already tried after downloading 4.0 and are not happy and some waiting to download and are eager to see how the new classes are and what changes have been made, happens every time gamez is updated happened last update to, there will be glitches and nerfing but seriously adding a gun class in aion :surprised: am not amused. Bard sounds to OP 3 in 1 and with woc2 and op gear is exactly invincible as some say same for gunner will be OP with donation gear wep and WOC2 so yes not really interested in 4.0 anymore unless its balanced with other classes properly. which is highly unlikely

It makes no sense that a Gunner is magic based class... Last time I checked guns shoot bullets.

 

@.@ no S&*% gunners are supposed to be shooting bullets but since this games is magic and all proly gunners will shoot magic bullets and wont run out of ammo so u can go bang bang bang all day or Kabooom on few mobs.

 

i would still say templar is the most OP of all with its new skill. just sayin

Have you played 4.0 buddy? :3 A bard drains almost the full mp of target (you) less than 2 seconds, it debuffs you, it puts you to sleep, it fears you, it heals himself forever, and it has some chargeable way too op skills (5k+ each).
@potato, I'm no part of any of those groups you mentioned. I'm just saying. This will totally suck. With a low ping, woc2, endgame gear, a gunner on GamezAion will be ehm.. How do you call that thing that goes all around, kills everybody and never dies? Ah, invincible.

waaa, though I know this is a pathetic thing to say.. "don't update to 4.0" because almost everyone expects 4.0 and such for new classes. But imo it kinda ruined the game for veterans loving the old fashion Aion.

 

Yea the new classes are ridiculous. 56 ranged in dredgion outdpsed my geared sorc even though his gear was average +0, he was also always full hp/mp, they have way too many self heals and spammable silence. Apparently songweavers crit a lot at endgame and pretty hard too, they will have 50% resists to stumble/stun/silence/paralysis or something like that.

Either way, what I hate most are the new interfaces.

 

+ one more shitty thing is the ehm.. new stats added to the new gears and such + governor uber op gear, seriously?.. they are making this game more difficult than they can afford to develop.

 

interfaces hater and i agree 4.0 sux hard i ve tested it with best set ingame best weapon ingame....every build manastones.....these new classes are way to OP. gunner full mb with most of skill 0sec cast time/20.25m range skills.....IMBA:d....from all these old classes only templar can survive still well vs....rest of...delete char and make gunners.

 

This is so pathetic. They have to release the new classes, let the people play them so they can gather data about the new classes. Balancing the classes comes after that. It's a regular process. Nothing to be surprised of.

- Second Wind and Improved Stamina stop stacking
- Being able to use Remove Shock even while Silenced which benefited Elyos Assassins more than it should.
- Unwavering Devotion's resistance buff being reduced from 1000 to 800

And probably a few more nerfs that I'm not aware of have forgotten.
