Donation credits still not recieved

    I donated about 6 hours ago and still no donation points. is there aproblem with my order i have the receipts?

    Ok. i remember i had this problem in the pass't i haven't received my credits for more than 6-8 hours. I had wait up to 12 hours then finally got my credits. If you still haven't gotten your credits in the next 40~ hours you should try contacting SAM/HGM.

    Credits can take up to 48 hours before the delivery is done. Just be patient.

    My first donation too over 24 hours. Every further one was instant though. =)

    I'm sure you'll receive them.
