no proof means nothing we can do

you shouldn't give your account info to any one even to an
AM/GM. Its your own responsibility

Be more careful when doing trades and pay attention to what items you are getting.

Is it really that hard? Sorry you got scammed, but since you have no proof, we can't punish the player.

(Items don't get restored even if you do. It's your own fault for rushing and not being careful)

Staff members will never ask for your ID and PW. =/

 

Pretty much, you have no proof at all of anything, even the impersonator which would be lovely so we could ban it.

However, the issue would be that? GM's will NEVER ask (just like any other company where you register an account) for your account information.

We do not need it, nor want it.
